Which fabrics are baseball jerseys and pants made from?
Game jerseys are cut from micro polyester interlock, a smooth 100% polyester knit that takes a sublimated design sharply, or from bird-eye mesh, also 100% polyester, when summer heat matters more. Pants use a polyester-rich pant fabric that is confirmed on your sample. Bench jackets can be made in ripstop softshell, and collars and cuffs in 1x1 rib.

What should you check before ordering custom baseball uniforms?
Settle the front opening early. Full-button, two-button or pullover tops each look different from the dugout, and one roster can mix them when every style is cut from one body pattern, so fit stays constant from player to player.
Choose the pant cut on its own merits. Full-length, relaxed and knicker styles each suit a different program, and the knee and seat take the wear. Tell us how your players slide and the pant is specified around that.
Scripts and numbers are traditionally stitched in tackle twill, quoted on request, while gradients and all-over patterns are dye sublimated at no extra cost. Plenty of programs put both on one jersey.
Do baseball numbers have to follow league rules?
Yes, and the details vary by level. High school play under NFHS rules calls for a back number in a color that stands out from the jersey, with a front number usually optional. College teams follow NCAA rules, and travel and youth leagues publish their own. Send the relevant rulebook page and the number specification is built to it.

How do you size a baseball roster?
Size the jersey and the pant independently, and take youth sizes from a youth pattern instead of shrinking an adult one. When the roster runs from 12U players to adults, add a size set to the sample and confirm the breakdown before the full run.

Questions about custom baseball uniforms
Can full-button and pullover jerseys share one roster?
Yes. When both come from the same body pattern, the fit is identical and only the front opening changes, so a team can wear full-button at home and a pullover as the alternate.
Can knickers be made alongside full-length pants?
Yes. Knickers get their own pattern rather than a shortened long pant, so the cuff lands just below the knee. Pair them with stirrup socks for the classic look.
Is a stitched chest script available?
Yes. A stitched script or crest, quoted on request, is the classic finish on a game jersey and sits well on a sublimated body or sleeve.
How are team colors matched?
Give us the Pantone number for each color. Colors are matched and confirmed on the physical sample, which then becomes the reference for the whole order.
Do names and numbers cost extra on baseball jerseys?
No. Printed player names and numbers are part of the published price. Stitched tackle twill is quoted on request.
