Who we are
Velofit International, 3B 58 St, Ahmed Nagar Bonda, Sialkot 51310, Pakistan. Questions about this policy go to sales@velofitintl.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us through the quote and contact forms, by email or on WhatsApp:
- your name, email address, and optionally your team or company, phone number and delivery city and state;
- the details of what you want made: products, quantities, deadline and your message;
- any artwork or roster files you attach, which may include players' names, numbers and sizes.
How we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quote, and make and deliver any order that follows. A copy of each enquiry is kept on this website's server and emailed to our sales team, and you receive a confirmation email. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Enquiries are kept for as long as they are needed to handle your request and any order, and for the business records we are required to keep.
Third-party services
- The map in the footer is a picture stored on this website. Clicking it opens OpenStreetMap, which then receives your IP address.
- WhatsApp links open WhatsApp (Meta). Anything you send there is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
- Our web host stores the site and its enquiry records; our email provider delivers the messages.
Cookies and tracking
This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Your browser stores one note for the current visit, so the WhatsApp panel does not open twice; it is deleted when you close the tab.
Your choices
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted, by writing to sales@velofitintl.com. Information we must keep for an order we have already made is kept only as long as the law requires.
