Custom team uniform questions before you order

No. A single piece is a valid order. Prices fall into six tiers by quantity, 1-20, 21-50, 51-100, 101-200, 201-500 and 501-1,000, and anything above 1,000 is quoted.

On garments: full dye sublimation with no charge per color, custom cut and sew, player names and numbers, and your team logo. On everything: private labeling and free tracked express shipping. There are no design, setup or per-color fees on top.

Screen printing is priced by the number of ink colors, and embroidery and stitched tackle twill are quoted on request. Whatever applies is itemized in your written quote before you commit.

Yes. Every player can have a different size, name and number in the same order, and it is still priced on the total quantity of that product.

Those pieces depend too much on the specification to price in advance. Send the details and they are priced in a written quote, the same way as orders above 1,000.

10 days from approved artwork. A sample is one fully decorated piece, made exactly as the order will be, charged at the 1-20 rate. That charge is credited against your order for the same style.

2-3 weeks of production from the day you approve the sample. The order then ships free by tracked express and usually reaches you in the United States 4-7 business days after dispatch.

Yes. A digital mockup showing colors and the placement of every logo, name and number comes first, free of charge. The sample is only made once you approve it.

Ask for a size set with the sample: one garment in each size you need, so players can try the real thing before the size breakdown is final.

Vector files, AI, EPS, PDF or SVG, with fonts outlined. PNG, JPG, PSD or a ZIP of several files also come through the quote form. A photo or a sketch is enough to start; we prepare the artwork.

Give us Pantone references and the colors are matched to them and confirmed on the sample. A screen never shows a color exactly, so the sample is the reference to approve.

You do. It is used only for your orders, kept on file so a reorder needs no new setup, and never shown or sold to anyone else. We sign an NDA on request.

Yes. Both are cut from patterns of their own rather than scaled from the men's, which is why shoulders, rise and hip fit properly.

Yes. Send your graded measurements and the order is cut to them. Without one, we use our standard charts on the size guide.

Measure players against the size guide, then confirm with a size set before the full order, so the breakdown is settled by trying garments on rather than by guesswork.

Yes. Send a roster with names, numbers and sizes and each player's uniform is bagged and labeled, ready to hand out.

For jerseys, shorts and singlets, sublimation: unlimited colors, no added weight, nothing to crack. For cotton-rich hoodies and tees, screen print, embroidery or DTF. The decoration page compares all six methods.

Both are available. Stitched tackle twill is the traditional game-day finish; printed numbers are lighter and suit practice wear and fully sublimated designs.

Not well. Sublimation dyes polyester, and team hoodies are cotton-rich for warmth and feel, so they are screen printed, embroidered or finished with DTF instead.

Yes. Tell us the code you play under and every name and number on the roster is checked before production, while a change still costs nothing.

Yes, knitted alongside the uniform so stripes and colors line up.

Ask in your request. Where a recycled polyester version of a fabric is available it is quoted beside the standard one, so you can compare.

Nothing. Every order ships free by tracked express to the United States, with no order threshold, and usually arrives 4-7 business days after dispatch.

No. We pay the US customs duty and handle the import paperwork, so there is nothing to pay the courier when the parcel arrives.

No. We ship to US addresses only, so please give a delivery address in the United States when you ask for a quote.

Prices are in US dollars. The payment terms for your order are set out in your written quote, before anything is committed.

Tell us in your request. Split deliveries are arranged when the order is quoted, so every carton is labeled and tracked to the right place.

Report it within 30 days of delivery, with photos. A misprint against the approved proof, a size that differs from the approved roster or a sewing defect is remade or reprinted free, or refunded if a remake is not possible, and we pay the shipping. Custom orders cannot be returned for a change of mind.
