How custom team uniforms are made, from brief to delivery

How does an order run, stage by stage?

1. Brief The sport, the garments, quantities, a deadline and any artwork. A roster with names, numbers and sizes saves a round of questions.
2. Quote and mockup A written quote with the price per tier, and a free digital mockup showing colors and where every logo, name and number sits.
3. Roster check Every name and number is checked against the rules of the code you play under, while a change still costs nothing.
4. Sample10 days One garment made exactly as the order will be, with a size set if you want to test the fit across the team.
5. Production2-3 weeks Once you approve the sample, it becomes the reference: the order is cut, decorated and sewn to match it in 2-3 weeks.
6. Packing and dispatchThen 4-7 days in transit Each player's uniform bagged and labeled from the roster if you want it, then sent free by tracked express to your US address. Delivery usually takes 4-7 business days after dispatch.

How is an order checked?

• Garments are checked against the sample you approved: measurements, decoration placement and stitching.
• Names and numbers are read back against your roster, garment by garment, before packing.
• Colors are matched to your Pantone references and confirmed on the sample, not on a screen.
