What fabric is best for flag football jerseys?
Game jerseys are micro polyester interlock or bird-eye mesh, both 100% polyester and dye sublimated, so numbers and graphics add no weight and cannot peel. Shorts use polyester made for sublimation. For team tees and the parents' shop, cotton-rich single jersey takes a screen print or a DTF transfer.

What should you check before ordering custom flag football jerseys?
Keep the jersey hem above the belt line and the body close-fitting. Spare fabric gives a defender something to grab other than the flag.
Shorts should have no pockets, no loops and flat side seams, with a smooth waistband that lets the flag belt lie flat.
7v7 teams often prefer a longer, roomier top to layer over compression, while 5v5 suits a closer cut. Tell us which format you play.
What do flag football leagues require?
Most leagues, NFL FLAG among them, want jerseys tucked in or cut so they end above the flag belt, and shorts without pockets. School teams that play under the NFHS flag football rules should send the current rule book, and number sizes are normally left to each league. Send your league's document with the order and we build to it.

How do you size several flag football divisions?
Flag football runs from first-time players to adults, so youth and adult sizes come from separate patterns. For a league with many divisions, add a size set to your sample and check each age group before the full run.
