Terms of trade
How quotes, samples, orders and shipping work. Your written quote sets out the details for your order.
These terms of trade cover how Velofit International prices, quotes, samples, makes and ships custom team uniforms. Prices run in six US-dollar tiers with no minimum order. An order is confirmed when you accept a written quote, which sets its payment terms and dispatch date. Production takes 2-3 weeks after sample approval, orders ship to the United States only, and faults reported within 30 days of delivery are remade or refunded.

Prices
Prices are in US dollars, per piece, pair or set as shown, in six tiers by the quantity of that product in one order: 1-20, 21-50, 51-100, 101-200, 201-500 and 501-1,000. Orders above 1,000 and products marked "quote on request" are priced in a written quote. There is no minimum order.

Quotes and orders
An order is confirmed when you accept our written quote. The quote states the products, quantities, decoration, price, payment terms and expected dispatch date for your order, and those details apply to it.
Artwork and approval
You confirm that you have the right to use the names, logos and artwork you send us. We prepare the artwork and check names and numbers against the rules of the code you tell us you play under.
A sample is made in 10 days from approved artwork. Production begins once you approve the sample or the final artwork in writing, takes 2-3 weeks from that approval, and is made to what you approved.
Shipping and duty
We deliver to addresses in the United States only. Shipping by tracked express is included in the price and usually takes 4-7 business days from dispatch. We pay the US customs duty, so nothing is payable to the courier on delivery.
If something is wrong
Check your order when it arrives. If a piece is faulty, damaged in transit, missing, or does not match the proof, sample or roster you approved, tell us within 30 days of delivery, with photos. We remake or reprint the affected pieces at no charge and ship them on the same terms as your order, free by tracked express with customs duty paid; if we ask for a piece back, we pay that shipping too. If a remake is not possible, or would not arrive by the date in your quote, we refund what you paid for those pieces.
Because every order is made to your design, sizes and roster, it cannot be returned for a change of mind, and sizes made as listed on the roster you approved are not a fault. The returns and faults page sets out what counts as a fault and how to report one.
