Our custom softball uniforms are cut on a women's pattern from the first panel, not adapted from baseball sizes. The pattern changes how the shoulders, rise and hips sit, and that is the gap between a uniform a team tolerates and one it enjoys wearing.
Do softball jerseys fit differently from baseball jerseys?
Ours do. Every softball jersey and pant is cut on a women's pattern from the start, so the shoulders, waist, rise and hips are shaped for the players wearing them instead of being a smaller baseball size. Youth softball sizes come from a youth pattern, and knickers have a pattern of their own.
Which fabrics are softball uniforms made from?
Jerseys are bird-eye mesh or micro polyester interlock, both 100% polyester and dye sublimated, so colors stay bright through summer tournaments. Pants and knickers use a polyester-rich pant fabric confirmed on the sample, and bench jackets come in ripstop softshell, a wind-resistant 100% polyester, for cool evenings at the field.

What should you check before ordering custom softball uniforms?
Ask for a women's pattern on jerseys and pants, not a resized men's one.
Choose pants or knickers player by player. Knickers need their own pattern so the cuff lands at the right point below the knee.
Many teams pair a sublimated body with a script stitched across the chest, a look that holds up at every size.
Which number rules apply to softball?
High school softball under NFHS rules requires a contrasting back number, with a front number usually optional. College teams follow NCAA rules, and USA Softball, travel, fastpitch and slowpitch organizations each publish their own details. Send your rules page with the order.

How do you size a softball roster?
Everything comes from a women's pattern, and youth sizes from a youth pattern. Pants and knickers are sized separately from jerseys. If the roster covers several age groups, add a size set to the sample.
