Velofit International makes private label sportswear in Sialkot, Pakistan: team uniforms for twelve sports plus training and lifestyle pieces, cut to your pattern and finished with your own labels, tags and packaging. There is no minimum order, the published six-tier prices apply, a sample takes 10 days, and we sign an NDA on request.

What can you make under our label?
Every uniform for the twelve sports, plus the training and lifestyle pieces a brand builds around them: base layers, shorts and joggers, tees and performance tops, hoodies and crews, jackets and caps. Each one is cut and sewn to your pattern and decorated your way, rather than pulled from a pile of blanks.
There is no minimum order, so a new line can start small, and the published six-tier prices apply to brand orders too.
How does a private label program run?
- Your brief Send a full specification, or simply garments you like and the price you need to hit. No specification yet? We draw one up together, covering measurements, construction, fabric, trims and labeling.
- Fabric and costing Fabrics matched to your price point and how the garment will be used, with a cost for each style and colorway.
- Pattern and mockup A graded pattern for your size range and a free digital mockup of every placement.
- Sample10 days Made in the real fabric with your labels and finish. The piece you sign off is kept as the standard every production garment has to match.
- Production2-3 weeks Cut, sewn, decorated and checked against the approved sample, in 2-3 weeks from your approval.
- Packing and dispatchThen 4-7 days in transit Packed the way your specification says, from the polybag to the outer carton, and shipped free by tracked express to your US address. Delivery usually takes 4-7 business days after dispatch.
Labels and packaging
- Woven neck labels and printed care, size and content labels with your branding.
- Hang tags, polybags and cartons to your design; barcoded retail packing on request.
- Our name appears nowhere, unless you ask for it.
- Private labeling is included in the garment price.
Your designs stay yours
Your designs, patterns and artwork are used only for your orders. They are never shown, catalogued or offered to anyone else, and we sign an NDA before you send a tech pack if you want one.
Sizing your range
Send your graded size chart and the line is cut to it. Without one, we grade a size range with you from our standard patterns, with women's and youth on patterns of their own.
What is private label sportswear?
Private label sportswear is made by a manufacturer and sold under your brand: your labels, tags and packaging, with no sign of the maker on the garment.
Is there a minimum order for a brand?
No. A new line can start with a single piece per style, priced on the same six published tiers as team orders.
Do private labels cost extra?
No. Woven neck labels and printed care, size and content labels with your branding are included in the garment price.
Can you work from our tech pack?
Yes. Send your specification, and we sign an NDA first if you want one. Without a tech pack, we draw up the specification with you.
How do we approve quality before production?
A sample is made in the real fabric with your labels 10 days after artwork approval. The piece you sign off becomes the standard every production garment is checked against.
