Sewn or sublimated rugby hoops?
Sewn for match jerseys, sublimated for training. Hoops cut and sewn in as pieces of their own keep their color through scrums, rucks and a season of hard washing. On training tops, where price and weight matter more, sublimated hoops look the same from the touchline and cost nothing extra to print.
What fabric are rugby jerseys made from?
Match and training jerseys are micro polyester interlock, 100% polyester, with sewn hoops on match jerseys and dye sublimation on training tops, and collars and cuffs are finished in 1x1 rib. Club jackets for wet touchlines come in ripstop softshell, and stretch base layers in poly-spandex jersey.

What should you check before ordering custom rugby jerseys?
Pick the collar on purpose. A button collar is the traditional look; a crew or V-neck leaves an opponent less to hold.
Ask for hoops and color blocks on match jerseys to be sewn in as pieces of their own, so the colors survive contact that would wear away a print.
Keep training tops lighter and printed. They are meant to be replaced, and match weight is wasted on a drill.
What do World Rugby laws say about kit?
World Rugby Law 4 forbids clothing that could injure another player, such as rigid trims or exposed fastenings. Unions normally number the starting fifteen 1-15 and give replacements 16 upward, and most regulate where sponsors may appear. Send your union's kit regulations with the order.

Which fit suits your squad?
Rugby jerseys come in a close modern match fit and a looser traditional club fit. Forwards and backs in the same squad often choose different fits, and that is normal.

Yes. Mark the fit against each player on the roster; mixing both in one order is routine.
Can training tops follow the match kit later?
Yes. With no minimum and the artwork kept on file, training tops can be ordered whenever the squad needs them and still match the match kit.
How are replacements numbered?
Starters wear 1-15 and replacements start at 16, or we follow whatever scheme your union uses.
Can rugby shorts be ordered with the jerseys?
Yes. Match shorts are made in the same colors and listed on the same roster, so each player's kit can be bagged together.
Can the club crest be embroidered?
Yes. Embroidery, quoted on request, suits a crest on a match jersey or a club jacket; a sublimated crest suits training tops.
