Custom rugby team polos are made to order by Velofit International in Sialkot, Pakistan, from $11.57 to $18.00 per piece depending on quantity, with no minimum order. A sample is ready 10 days after artwork approval and production takes 2-3 weeks after you approve it. Body measurements
Regular, straighter fit with +16 cm chest ease (adult; +12 women's) in a cotton-feel pique, contrast or tipped collar, three-button placket, side vents and a longer back tail. Event-day and travel polo for staff and coaches, so adult and women's only.

How to measure
- Chest (bust for women's)
- Over a thin T-shirt (sports bra for women's), arms relaxed: tape under both armpits round the fullest part of the chest or bust and across the shoulder blades, level. Snug, not tight.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it: floor to the top of the head. A guide for length only; chest decides the size.
- Roomier than the performance polo: if you wear the performance polo in L, this may fit you in M.
- Cotton-rich pique can shrink about 3% in length: wash cool, avoid hot tumble drying.
- Women's is a separate contoured pattern; order adult/unisex for a boxier fit.

How to measure
- 1/2 chest
- Lay flat, zipped or buttoned, and measure straight across 2.5 cm below the armholes (pit to pit). Double it for the circumference.
- Body length (HPS, front)
- From the highest point of the shoulder straight down the front to the finished hem (the back tail is about 3 cm longer).
- Across shoulder
- Across the back from one shoulder seam to the other, garment flat.
- Sleeve (from shoulder seam)
- From the shoulder seam down the top of the sleeve to the sleeve hem.
Finished measurements of our standard pattern for this cut, within ±2 cm¾ in. Your sample confirms the fit before the order is made, and we can cut to your own size chart instead.
