Shipping, duty and payment
We ship to the United States only. Shipping is already inside every price, and the customs duty is ours. Here is what that covers.
Velofit ships to the United States only, and shipping is free on every order: tracked express, usually arriving 4-7 business days after dispatch. Velofit pays the US customs duty, so nothing is due on delivery. Production takes 2-3 weeks after sample approval. Prices are in US dollars, and your written quote sets the payment terms.

Where do you ship?
To the United States only. Every order is delivered to an address in the US, so give us the delivery city and state when you ask for a quote.
How much is shipping?
Nothing extra. Every order, of any size, ships free by tracked express. There is no threshold to reach and no surcharge to add: the price on the product page already includes delivery to your US address.
Orders usually arrive 4-7 business days after dispatch, door to door. Your tracking number is sent when the order leaves us.

Who pays customs duty?
We do. We pay the US customs duty and handle the import paperwork, so there is no bill from the courier when the parcel arrives.
Can one order ship to several addresses?
A league or a club with several teams can have one order delivered to several addresses. Tell us when you ask for a quote and the split is arranged then, with every carton labeled and tracked separately.
How does payment work?
Prices are in US dollars. Your written quote sets out the products, quantities, decoration, the price and the payment terms for your order, and an order is confirmed when you accept it.
What you pay for a sample comes off the invoice when you go ahead with that style, so testing the garment first costs nothing extra in the end.
What if something arrives wrong?
Check the cartons when they arrive. If a piece is faulty, damaged, missing, or does not match the proof, sample or roster you approved, tell us within 30 days of delivery, with photos.
We remake or reprint the affected pieces at no charge and ship them free by tracked express, with customs duty paid, just like the original order; if we ask for a piece back, we pay that shipping too. If a remake is not possible, or would not arrive by the date in your quote, we refund those pieces. Custom orders cannot be returned for a change of mind.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We deliver to US addresses only, always by free tracked express.
What is left to pay when the parcel arrives?
Nothing. Shipping is in the price and we pay the US customs duty, so the courier has nothing to collect from you.
How long from sample approval to delivery?
Production takes 2-3 weeks from the day you approve the sample, and delivery usually takes 4-7 business days after dispatch.
Can we track the parcel?
Yes. Every order ships by tracked express, and the tracking number is sent when the order leaves us.
Is shipping free on a single piece?
Yes. There is no order threshold, so a one-piece sample or a single replacement jersey ships free on the same terms as a full order.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars, on the website and in your written quote, which also sets out the payment terms for your order.
