Custom baseball training shorts are made to order by Velofit International in Sialkot, Pakistan, from $9.05 to $15.03 per piece depending on quantity, with no minimum order. Regular-cut conditioning short with 16 cm hip ease, a covered elastic waistband with inside drawcord and a 7 in (18 cm) adult inseam.

How to measure
- Waist
- Around the natural waist, the narrowest part of the torso a little above the belly button, after a normal breath out. Do not pull in.
- Hip
- Heels together, around the widest part of the hips and seat, tape level.
- Size by waist; the drawcord takes up the difference between sizes. If the hip is a size larger, go up.
- The adult inseam is 18 cm (7 in) in every size; ask for 23 cm (9 in) if your team prefers a longer short.

How to measure
- 1/2 waist (relaxed)
- Waistband laid flat and unstretched, measured straight across the top edge.
- 1/2 waist (stretched)
- Waistband gently stretched to its comfortable limit (not to the stitch-breaking point), measured straight across.
- 1/2 hip
- Lay flat and measure straight across at the widest point of the seat, about 18 cm (adult) or 13 cm (youth) below the waistband top.
- Front rise
- From the crotch seam junction up the front center seam to the top of the waistband.
- Inseam
- Along the inside leg seam from the crotch seam junction to the hem.
- 1/2 leg opening
- Hem of one leg laid flat, measured straight across edge to edge (elastic cuffs measured relaxed).
Finished measurements of our standard pattern for this cut, within ±1 cm½ in. Your sample confirms the fit before the order is made, and we can cut to your own size chart instead.
