Choose a size from the body measurements. The garment measurements are the finished piece laid flat, so you can compare it with a top or short that already fits.
Body measurements
Regular US baseball cut with 14 cm chest ease, a touch closer than the button-front because there is no placket overlap, and a body long enough to tuck. Sleeves are measured center back so raglan (crew) and set-in (V-neck) styles read the same.

How to measure
- Chest
- Over a thin T-shirt or bare skin, arms relaxed at the sides: pass the tape under both armpits and around the fullest part of the chest and the shoulder blades, level all the way round. Snug, not tight; one finger should slide under.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it, looking straight ahead: mark the top of the head with a flat object and measure floor to mark.
- Size by chest; the neckline (V or crew) does not change the size.
- Pulls on over the head, so a player between sizes who wears a thick base layer should go up.
- Body is long enough to tuck into the game pant; for batting practice it can also be worn out.

How to measure
- 1/2 chest
- Lay the garment flat, front up, and measure straight across from side seam to side seam 2.5 cm below the armholes (pit to pit).
- Body length (HPS, back)
- From the high point of the shoulder (where the shoulder seam or raglan seam meets the collar) straight down the back to the hem.
- Sleeve length (center back)
- Center-back sleeve: from the center of the back neck seam, across the shoulder point (or along the raglan seam) and down the sleeve to the hem. Works for set-in and raglan sleeves alike.
Finished measurements of our standard pattern for this cut, within ±1.5 cm½ in. Your sample confirms the fit before the order is made, and we can cut to your own size chart instead.
About the custom baseball training jerseys
Custom baseball training jerseys are made for batting practice, where a player wants a real jersey but not the game uniform. They can carry names and numbers, so a coach can pick out each player in the cage or across the field.
Practice jerseys are worn several times a week, so choose the fabric for the climate. Bird-eye mesh, 100% polyester, moves air on hot afternoons. Micro polyester interlock gives a smoother face for detailed sublimated artwork. In real summer heat, the tank game jersey (BS-010) follows the same sublimated build.
Plenty of programs give the practice jersey a look of its own: inverted colors, a bold pattern or a slogan they would never wear on game day. Add a back number, a name if you want one and the team mark on the chest. Printed numbers keep it light for daily wear. It pairs with the training shorts and the batting cage jacket (BS-017). Training jerseys also make a sensible first order for a new program: a single piece is fine, and the artwork stays on file for the game uniform later.

Usually, so a coach knows who is hitting without checking a list. Send the same roster you use for the game jerseys and we number them to match.
Can we order training jerseys without names?
Yes. Names and numbers are optional. Numbering the jerseys and leaving names off makes them easy to pass from one player to the next.
