Body measurements
Regular US baseball cut with 16 cm chest ease over the body, set-in sleeves and a long tuck-in body that stays in the pant through a swing or a slide. Worn over an undershirt or base layer; full-button and two-button plackets share this body pattern.

How to measure
- Chest
- Over a thin T-shirt or bare skin, arms relaxed at the sides: pass the tape under both armpits and around the fullest part of the chest and the shoulder blades, level all the way round. Snug, not tight; one finger should slide under.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it, looking straight ahead: mark the top of the head with a flat object and measure floor to mark.
- Size by chest. Between sizes, go up if the player wears a long-sleeve undershirt or wants room to swing; go down for a cleaner look.
- The body is cut long to stay tucked: back length is 8-10 cm longer than a training tee of the same size. Tall players can have extra length noted on the roster.
- The placket adds no width: a full-button and a two-button jersey of the same size measure the same.
- Youth sizes are a separate youth pattern; a youth XL and an adult S are close in chest but the adult body is about 4 cm longer.

How to measure
- 1/2 chest
- Lay the garment flat, front up, and measure straight across from side seam to side seam 2.5 cm below the armholes (pit to pit).
- Body length (HPS, back)
- From the high point of the shoulder (where the shoulder seam or raglan seam meets the collar) straight down the back to the hem.
- Across shoulder
- Lay flat, back up, and measure straight across from shoulder seam point to shoulder seam point.
- Sleeve length (center back)
- Center-back sleeve: from the center of the back neck seam, across the shoulder point (or along the raglan seam) and down the sleeve to the hem. Works for set-in and raglan sleeves alike.

About the custom baseball button-front game jerseys
Custom button-front baseball jerseys give a program the traditional game-day look: a full placket, a script across the chest and a number on the back. Ours are cut with a long body, so the tail stays in the pant through a full swing, a dive or a slide into second.
The placket runs the full length of the front and splits the chest in two. Plan the script to break around it, or move the team name to a crest on the left chest. We lay the artwork out on a free digital mockup, so you can see where every button falls before the sample is made. Prefer a pullover? The two-button placket jersey (BS-002) and the V-neck jersey (BS-003) take the same artwork.
A sublimated body or sleeve with stitched tackle twill lettering is the classic pairing, and printed numbers are offered too. The jersey goes with the full-length game pant (BS-005), the relaxed game pant (BS-027) or the knicker (BS-006), and the striped stirrup socks (BS-023) finish the look. Order the youth teams in the same style and the whole organization looks like one club, from the 9U dugout to the varsity field. Every jersey is checked against your roster before it is bagged.

Yes. The script is split at the placket and lined up so it reads as one word once the jersey is buttoned. Your mockup shows exactly where each letter breaks.
Can the body be cut longer for tall players?
Yes. Note the extra length against those names, or send a chart with body lengths, and it is confirmed on the sample or a size set before the full run.
