Body measurements
Regular US baseball cut with 14 cm chest ease, a touch closer than the button-front because there is no placket overlap, and a body long enough to tuck. Sleeves are measured center back so raglan (crew) and set-in (V-neck) styles read the same.

How to measure
- Chest
- Over a thin T-shirt or bare skin, arms relaxed at the sides: pass the tape under both armpits and around the fullest part of the chest and the shoulder blades, level all the way round. Snug, not tight; one finger should slide under.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it, looking straight ahead: mark the top of the head with a flat object and measure floor to mark.
- Size by chest; the neckline (V or crew) does not change the size.
- Pulls on over the head, so a player between sizes who wears a thick base layer should go up.
- Body is long enough to tuck into the game pant; for batting practice it can also be worn out.

How to measure
- 1/2 chest
- Lay the garment flat, front up, and measure straight across from side seam to side seam 2.5 cm below the armholes (pit to pit).
- Body length (HPS, back)
- From the high point of the shoulder (where the shoulder seam or raglan seam meets the collar) straight down the back to the hem.
- Sleeve length (center back)
- Center-back sleeve: from the center of the back neck seam, across the shoulder point (or along the raglan seam) and down the sleeve to the hem. Works for set-in and raglan sleeves alike.

About the custom baseball crew-neck game jerseys
Custom crew-neck baseball jerseys leave the chest script plenty of room. The round neck sits high, the sleeves are raglan, and nothing interrupts the front between collar and hem.
Raglan sleeves run in one piece up to the neckline, so there is no seam across the top of the shoulder. They also create a natural color break. A contrast sleeve in your second color is one of the simplest ways to make a pullover look like a team uniform rather than a practice top.
Use the open front for a large arched script, a crest or a front number, stitched or sublimated. Back numbers can be tackle twill or printed, and player names are included. Pair the jersey with the game pant (BS-027) or the knicker (BS-006) in matching colors, then add stirrup socks (BS-023) to complete it. Size the jersey and pant separately on the roster. Because the front is so open, it is also the jersey to choose when a sponsor or a second crest has to share the chest. For a short placket instead, see the two-button jersey (BS-002).

How big can the chest script be?
Large. With no placket or V to work around, a script can span most of the chest. The mockup shows it at full size, so you can judge the scale before sampling.
Can the sleeves carry their own pattern?
Yes. The raglan seam gives a clean line for a contrast sleeve, and the sleeves can be sublimated with a pattern that differs from the body.
