Body measurements
Long, hooded, full-zip bench or stadium coat that covers a seated player to about the knee, worn over a full uniform and a layer. Ease +30 cm at the chest and +30 cm at the hem (top of the outerwear band so it zips over a game jersey and hoodie and sits comfortably when seated), +24 cm on youth.

How to measure
- Chest / bust
- Over a thin T-shirt or bare skin, arms relaxed at the sides: pass the tape under both armpits and around the fullest part of the chest and the shoulder blades, level all the way round. Snug, not tight; one finger should slide under. Women: measure the bust (fullest part) the same way.
- Hip
- Heels together, around the widest part of the hips and seat, tape level.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it, looking straight ahead: mark the top of the head with a flat object and measure floor to mark.
- Choose by chest; the over-uniform room is already in the pattern.
- Body length is to about the knee on an average-height player in that size; very tall players can note it on the roster.
- Coaches who want it over a heavy coat can take one size up.

How to measure
- 1/2 chest
- Zip or snap it closed, lay flat, measure straight across 2.5 cm below the armholes; double it for the circumference.
- 1/2 hem / sweep
- Closed and laid flat, straight across the bottom edge (or at the drawcord / hem band).
- Body length (HPS, back)
- Lay flat face down; from the highest point of the shoulder (where the shoulder seam meets the collar or hood) straight down to the back hem.
- Sleeve length (center back)
- From the center back neck, over the shoulder point and down the outside of the sleeve to the cuff edge.
Finished measurements of our standard pattern for this cut, within ±2 cm¾ in. Your sample confirms the fit before the order is made, and we can cut to your own size chart instead.
About the custom baseball bench jackets
Custom baseball bench jackets are long, hooded full-zips for cold nights in the dugout. The long cut covers more of a seated player than a waist-length jacket, and the hood keeps wind off the neck between innings.
This is outerwear, so it is decorated like outerwear. Embroidery suits a crest or a script on the chest, and screen print handles a large mark across the back. If you want a wind-resistant shell, ask for ripstop softshell in 100% polyester.
Bench jackets tend to stay with a player for several seasons, so we keep your artwork on file for when new players join. A reorder for a single new name is fine, with no minimum. Coaches can be added to the same roster with their own sizes, and every jacket is bagged and labeled under its owner's name. Sizing runs from youth to adult. If a player wants room to wear the jacket over a sweatshirt, note the larger size against that name on the roster. For milder evenings, the short-sleeve batting cage jacket (BS-017) is the lighter layer, worn over training jerseys (BS-009).

Yes. A name across the back or a number on the sleeve helps when twenty identical jackets hang in one dugout.
Do coaches order bench jackets too?
Often. Add coaches to the roster with their sizes and their initials or titles, and their jackets are packed with the team's.
