Body measurements
Skin-tight four-way stretch singlet, 4 cm negative ease at chest, waist and hip (closer to the body than a base layer would leave loose, but less squeeze than compression shorts). Weight is the usual first guide in wrestling; torso girth confirms the length.

How to measure
- Weight
- Bare-foot on a scale in light training kit. Used only as a secondary guide (singlets, compression); body measurements take priority.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it, looking straight ahead: mark the top of the head with a flat object and measure floor to mark.
- Chest / bust
- Over a thin T-shirt or bare skin, arms relaxed at the sides: pass the tape under both armpits and around the fullest part of the chest and the shoulder blades, level all the way round. Snug, not tight; one finger should slide under. Women: Around the fullest part of the bust and across the shoulder blades, wearing the sports bra that will be worn under the uniform, tape level across the back.
- Torso girth
- Torso girth: from the top of one shoulder beside the neck, down the front, through the crotch and up the back to the same point. Stand straight, tape snug but not pulling.
- Start with weight, then check torso girth: tall, long-bodied wrestlers go up a size even inside the weight band, because a short torso pulls at the shoulders.
- Between sizes, or for a young wrestler still growing, take the larger size.
- Weight bands for youth are tighter than the shared youth spine because singlets fit by weight; chest and torso override weight.
- Tell us your code (NFHS, NCAA, other) before artwork: logo size and placement follow its rules.

How to measure
- 1/2 chest (unstretched)
- Lay flat, unstretched; straight across 2.5 cm below the armholes.
- 1/2 waist (unstretched)
- Lay flat, unstretched; across the narrowest point of the body.
- 1/2 hip (unstretched)
- Lay flat, unstretched; across the widest point above the crotch.
- Torso length (shoulder to crotch, front)
- From the top of the shoulder strap straight down the front to the crotch seam.
- Inseam
- From the crotch seam down the inside leg to the hem.
- 1/2 leg opening (unstretched)
- Lay flat, unstretched; straight across the leg hem.

About the custom wrestling team singlets
Sublimated team wrestling singlets in four-way stretch, with the design printed into the fabric. The singlet moves in every direction with the wrestler and springs back, so it does not shift on the mat.
The fabric is poly-spandex jersey, 88% polyester and 12% elastane. Because it is polyester-rich, the whole design is sublimated into it. Stripes, gradients and lettering stretch with the singlet instead of sitting on top, and they add no weight.
NFHS allows a one-piece singlet as the competition uniform, provided it is school-issued and consistent across the team. The rules also limit how large a logo may be and where it sits, and the college code has its own version. Tell us which code you wrestle under and the design is built within its limits. Youth, junior and senior sizes come from separate patterns, and girls' and women's teams are cut on their own. A free digital mockup shows the logo placement first. The design is kept on file so a mid-season singlet matches the first batch. Teams choosing the two-piece instead pair WR-005 compression shirts with WR-002 fight shorts, and WR-015 warm-up jackets carry the same design for meet days.

Can youth and varsity singlets share one design?
Yes. The artwork is the same and each age group is cut on its own pattern. Later reorders print from that same file.
