Body measurements
Over-pads cut: 22 cm of chest ease over the bare chest for players (shoulder and elbow pads take up the rest) and 44 cm for the goalie cut, straight hem, long roomy sleeve to the glove cuff. Laced or V collar does not change the fit.

How to measure
- Chest / bust (bare)
- Measure the bare chest (no pads): Over a thin T-shirt or bare skin, arms relaxed at the sides: pass the tape under both armpits and around the fullest part of the chest and the shoulder blades, level all the way round. Snug, not tight; one finger should slide under. Women: Around the fullest part of the bust and across the shoulder blades, wearing the sports bra that will be worn under the uniform, tape level across the back.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it, looking straight ahead: mark the top of the head with a flat object and measure floor to mark.
- Hockey sweaters are cut over shoulder pads and elbow pads: choose by bare chest here, then check against the shoulder-pad size; a player in bulky senior pads near the top of a band takes the next size.
- Goalies use the goalie cut (wider body, fuller sleeve over the chest protector and arm pads), not a player sweater two sizes up.
- Youth YL/YXL are the sizes many hockey brands call junior; a big youth player can overlap senior S, so compare chests.
- If your league requires a fight strap, it is built into the pattern and does not change the size.

How to measure
- 1/2 chest (pit to pit)
- Lay flat; measure straight across from armpit seam to armpit seam. The hem is cut straight, the same width as the chest.
- Body length (HPS, back)
- At the back, from the highest point of the shoulder beside the collar straight down to the hem.
- Sleeve length (center back)
- From the center back of the collar, over the shoulder and down the sleeve to the cuff.
- 1/2 upper arm
- Lay the sleeve flat; measure straight across 2.5 cm below the armpit.

About the custom hockey home game jerseys
Custom hockey home jerseys are game sweaters with a laced collar and stripes on the sleeves and hem. They are built heavier than practice jerseys, because a game sweater takes abrasion from boards and sticks all season.
Crests and numbers are stitched, the traditional finish for a home sweater. Most leagues expect a number on the back and on both sleeves, so plan all three, sized to read from the bench and the stands. A stitched name bar as a separate panel lets the sweater pass to a new player next year. If your league requires a fight strap, it is built into the pattern.
Sizing is set by the pads underneath. Youth, junior and senior sweaters each come from their own pattern, and goalies get a wider, longer cut. Pair the home sweater with matching socks through the Home Uniform Sets (IH-003), and add Away Game Jerseys in reversed colors. Pant Shells (IH-009) can carry the same stripes down to the knee. Every name and number is checked against your roster before production.
