Shell that puts any hockey pant in team colors.
Custom hockey pant shells are made to order by Velofit International in Sialkot, Pakistan, from $9.11 to $15.12 per piece depending on quantity, with no minimum order. A sample is ready 10 days after artwork approval and production takes 2-3 weeks after you approve it. Orders ship free to the United States by tracked express with customs duty paid, usually arriving 4-7 business days after dispatch.

Body measurements
Loose shell sized to the hockey pant it covers, not to the player: elastic and drawcord waist that pulls over the pant girdle, legs wide enough for the thigh guards, length to the pant hem.

How to measure
- Waist (player, for pant size)
- The player's hockey pant size decides. If you only have body measurements: around the waist just above the hip bones.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it, looking straight ahead: mark the top of the head with a flat object and measure floor to mark.
- Order the shell in the same size as the player's hockey pant (Youth, Junior or Senior S-2XL), whatever the brand.
- Collect pant sizes with sweater sizes on the roster; a size set with the sample confirms fit across mixed pant brands.

How to measure

- Lay flat, unstretched; across the top of the waistband.
- Outseam
- From the top of the waistband straight down the side to the hem.
- 1/2 thigh
- Lay flat; across the leg 2.5 cm below the crotch.
- 1/2 leg opening
- Lay flat; straight across the leg hem.

About the custom hockey pant shells
Custom hockey pant shells are covers that put any hockey pant in team colors. Players keep the protective pants they already own, and the shell gives the whole roster one matched look.
For an association with mixed equipment across age groups, shells are often the practical answer. They are simpler to replace than a full pant, and they can be colored to match your sweater stripes and the socks in your Home Uniform Sets (IH-003). Full dye sublimation lets stripes and logos sit in the fabric itself. Numbers can go on the leg as part of the same print.
Size shells to the pants underneath, not to the player. Collect each player's hockey pant size when you collect sweater sizes, and list both on the roster. A size set with your sample is the surest way to check fit across youth, junior and senior pants before the full order. Base-Layer Sets (IH-008) sit underneath. Artwork stays on file, so a new player's shell is a simple reorder.
