How to measure
- Chest (bust for women's)
- Over a thin T-shirt (sports bra for women's), arms relaxed: tape under both armpits round the fullest part of the chest or bust and across the shoulder blades, level. Snug, not tight.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it: floor to the top of the head. A guide for length only; chest decides the size.
- Size by chest. For an oversized merch look, go one size up.
- Raglan sleeves have no shoulder seam, so shoulder width is not a sizing factor here.
- Cotton-blend versions can shrink 2-4% in length; polyester performance versions hold their size.

How to measure
- 1/2 chest
- Lay flat, zipped or buttoned, and measure straight across 2.5 cm below the armholes (pit to pit). Double it for the circumference.
- Body length (HPS, back)
- From the highest point of the shoulder (where it meets the collar or hood seam) straight down to the finished hem at the back.
- Raglan sleeve (neck seam to hem)
- Raglan sleeve: from the neck seam where the sleeve meets the collar, along the top of the sleeve to the hem or cuff edge (there is no shoulder seam).
Finished measurements of our standard pattern for this cut, within ±1.5 cm½ in. Your sample confirms the fit before the order is made, and we can cut to your own size chart instead.
