How to measure
- Chest / bust (bare)
- Measure the bare chest (no pads): Over a thin T-shirt or bare skin, arms relaxed at the sides: pass the tape under both armpits and around the fullest part of the chest and the shoulder blades, level all the way round. Snug, not tight; one finger should slide under. Women: Around the fullest part of the bust and across the shoulder blades, wearing the sports bra that will be worn under the uniform, tape level across the back.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it, looking straight ahead: mark the top of the head with a flat object and measure floor to mark.
- Hockey sweaters are cut over shoulder pads and elbow pads: choose by bare chest here, then check against the shoulder-pad size; a player in bulky senior pads near the top of a band takes the next size.
- Goalies use the goalie cut (wider body, fuller sleeve over the chest protector and arm pads), not a player sweater two sizes up.
- Youth YL/YXL are the sizes many hockey brands call junior; a big youth player can overlap senior S, so compare chests.

How to measure
- 1/2 chest (pit to pit)
- Lay flat; measure straight across from armpit seam to armpit seam. The hem is cut straight, the same width as the chest.
- Body length (HPS, back)
- At the back, from the highest point of the shoulder beside the collar straight down to the hem.
- Sleeve length (center back)
- From the center back of the collar, over the shoulder and down the sleeve to the cuff.
- 1/2 upper arm
- Lay the sleeve flat; measure straight across 2.5 cm below the armpit.

About the custom hockey reversible jerseys
Custom reversible hockey jerseys are two-color practice jerseys built for scrimmages. One side in each color lets a coach split the group into two teams by having players flip their jersey. That makes it a flexible choice for small rosters and drop-in ice times.
A reversible jersey saves buying two sets of practice jerseys and ends the hunt for pinnies on the bench. Both sides take your team colors and logo, and a number can go on each side so coaches can call players during drills. Keep the logo simple on both sides so it reads quickly across the ice. Spares in each size make a scrimmage easy to balance.
Size it over pads, just as with a game sweater, and list goalies separately for their wider cut. Most programs pair reversibles with Training Jerseys (IH-007): the reversible for scrimmage days, the single-color jersey for everyday sessions. Base-Layer Sets (IH-008) go underneath either one. With no minimum, spares for call-ups can be added at any point in the season.

Can the same number go on both sides?
Yes. Send a roster and each player's number is placed on both sides, so a player is the same number whichever color they wear.
What colors suit a reversible on the ice?
Choose colors that read clearly against each other on the ice, usually a dark and a light. The digital mockup shows both sides before the sample.
