How to measure
- Chest / bust
- Over a thin T-shirt or bare skin, arms relaxed at the sides: pass the tape under both armpits and around the fullest part of the chest and the shoulder blades, level all the way round. Snug, not tight; one finger should slide under. Women: Around the fullest part of the bust and across the shoulder blades, wearing the sports bra that will be worn under the uniform, tape level across the back.
- Waist
- Around the natural waist, the narrowest part of the torso a little above the belly button, after a normal breath out. Do not pull in.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it, looking straight ahead: mark the top of the head with a flat object and measure floor to mark.
- Chest decides; the cut is already loose, so no need to size up.
- Worn over a compression tank or tee: same size as your everyday tee.

How to measure
- 1/2 chest
- Lay flat; measure straight across 2.5 cm below the armholes.
- 1/2 hem
- Lay flat; straight across the bottom hem.
- Body length (HPS)
- From the highest point of the shoulder (beside the collar) straight down to the hem.
- Armhole depth
- From the top of the shoulder strap straight down to the bottom of the armhole.
Finished measurements of our standard pattern for this cut, within ±1.5 cm½ in. Your sample confirms the fit before the order is made, and we can cut to your own size chart instead.
