How to measure
- Chest / bust
- Over a thin T-shirt or bare skin, arms relaxed at the sides: pass the tape under both armpits and around the fullest part of the chest and the shoulder blades, level all the way round. Snug, not tight; one finger should slide under. Women: measure the bust the same way, over the sports bra worn to play.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it, looking straight ahead: mark the top of the head with a flat object and measure floor to mark.
- Sleeve (center back)
- Center-back sleeve: arm relaxed at the side, slightly bent; measure from the knob at the base of the neck at the center back, across the shoulder point and down the outside of the arm to the wrist bone.
- Order the libero the same size as her short-sleeve teammates.
- Check the sleeve column for long-armed players; the cuff is meant to reach the wrist bone.
- Stretch knit with good recovery: between sizes, women usually take the smaller, men the larger.

How to measure
- 1/2 chest
- Lay the garment flat, front up; measure straight across 2.5 cm below the bottom of the armholes, side seam to side seam.
- Body length (HPS)
- From the highest point of the shoulder, beside the collar, straight down to the hem.
- Sleeve length (center back)
- Center-back sleeve: from the center of the back neck, across the shoulder and down the sleeve to the cuff edge.

About the custom volleyball long-sleeve match jerseys
Custom long-sleeve volleyball jerseys are the usual choice for the libero. A different sleeve length and reversed colors make the libero easy to pick out on court, which is exactly what the codes require.
FIVB, NCAA and NFHS all ask for the libero's jersey to contrast clearly with the rest of the team. The simplest way to get there is to use your team artwork with the colors swapped. You see the libero and team jerseys side by side on the mockup before anything is made.
Long sleeves are not only for liberos. Some teams choose them for the whole roster in cold gyms, and the libero then takes the same jersey in a different color. Numbers are sized to your code on the front and back. Pair the jersey with VB-008 poly-spandex shorts or the short that comes in VB-001 uniform sets. The libero's jersey can be bagged and labeled with everything else from the roster. If a libero jersey goes missing, a single replacement can be ordered at any point.

Questions about the custom volleyball long-sleeve match jerseys
Can the whole team wear long sleeves, not just the libero?
Yes. The libero then wears the same long-sleeve jersey in a clearly different color, so the contrast still holds.
Can the libero jersey use the same design as the team jersey?
Yes, and it usually should. Keep the artwork and change the colors, so the libero looks part of the team while still standing out.
