How to measure
- Chest / bust
- Over a thin T-shirt or bare skin, arms relaxed at the sides: pass the tape under both armpits and around the fullest part of the chest and the shoulder blades, level all the way round. Snug, not tight; one finger should slide under. Women: measure the bust the same way, over the sports bra worn to play.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it, looking straight ahead: mark the top of the head with a flat object and measure floor to mark.
- Measure the bust over the sports bra worn to play.
- The cap sleeve covers the shoulder point only; for more coverage choose the short-sleeve jersey.
- Stretch knit: between sizes, take the smaller for a closer fit.

How to measure
- 1/2 chest
- Lay the garment flat, front up; measure straight across 2.5 cm below the bottom of the armholes, side seam to side seam.
- Body length (HPS)
- From the highest point of the shoulder, beside the collar, straight down to the hem.
- Across shoulder
- Across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
- Cap sleeve length (from shoulder seam)
- From the shoulder seam along the top of the sleeve to the hem.

About the custom volleyball cap-sleeve crew-neck jerseys
Custom crew-neck cap-sleeve volleyball jerseys keep a round neckline and trim the sleeve right back, out of the hitting arm's way. The sleeve ends at the edge of the shoulder, so it does not catch the arm on an attack.
It sits between the short-sleeve and sleeveless jerseys. Players get some coverage at the shoulder without fabric bunching under the arm as it comes over the top. The crew neck keeps the front of the jersey clean and gives a crest or a team name plenty of room.

How is a cap sleeve different from a short sleeve?
It is shorter and ends at the edge of the shoulder, so nothing sits on the upper arm. VB-003 short-sleeve jerseys give more coverage if players prefer it.
