How to measure
- Chest / bust
- Over a thin T-shirt or bare skin, arms relaxed at the sides: pass the tape under both armpits and around the fullest part of the chest and the shoulder blades, level all the way round. Snug, not tight; one finger should slide under. Women: measure the bust the same way, over the sports bra worn to play.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it, looking straight ahead: mark the top of the head with a flat object and measure floor to mark.
- Order the same size as the game jersey: the extra room is built in to fit over it.
- The shoulder is dropped by design, so the seam sits a little below the shoulder point.
- Parents and staff ordering for casual wear can use the same chart.

How to measure
- 1/2 chest
- Lay the garment flat, front up; measure straight across 2.5 cm below the bottom of the armholes, side seam to side seam.
- Body length (HPS)
- From the highest point of the shoulder, beside the collar, straight down to the hem.
- Across shoulder
- Across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
- Sleeve length (from shoulder seam)
- From the shoulder seam along the top of the sleeve to the hem.

About the custom lacrosse warm-up shooter shirts
Custom lacrosse shooter shirts are the top players wear through warm-up lines and pregame shooting. This one is cut on a fit that suits a parent or a sibling as well as a player, so it works on both sides of the fence.
That cross-over fit is the point. A shooter that looks good off the field becomes the shirt families wear on the sideline all season. There is no minimum and the artwork stays on file, so a second batch for supporters is simple to place after the team order.
The design is dye sublimated, so a full-color graphic costs the same as a plain one and will not crack in the wash. Names and numbers are optional on a warm-up top. Some teams match the game jersey (LX-003); others put a slogan or the program name across the back.
Order youth and adult sizes together, and women's cuts where you need them. For cold mornings, layer Hooded Pullovers in the same colors over the top.
