How to measure
- Chest
- Over a thin T-shirt or bare skin, arms relaxed at the sides: pass the tape under both armpits and around the fullest part of the chest and the shoulder blades, level all the way round. Snug, not tight; one finger should slide under. Women: measure the bust the same way, over the sports bra worn to play.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it, looking straight ahead: mark the top of the head with a flat object and measure floor to mark.
- Measure the chest over bare skin; the cut already allows for low-profile lacrosse shoulder pads. Bulky defensive or goalie pads: size up.
- Try the size set on in game-day pads: a defender and a middie can need different sizes.
- Goalies over a chest protector usually take one size up.
- The short body is intentional; it should not cover the shorts' leg number.

How to measure
- Waist
- Around the natural waist, the narrowest part of the torso a little above the belly button, after a normal breath out. Do not pull in.
- Hip
- Heels together, around the widest part of the hips and seat, tape level.
- Size by waist; take the larger size if the hip is a size up or a compression short is worn under.
- The leg number is placed for the standard inseam; tell us if a player wants a shorter leg.

- Lay the garment flat, front up; measure straight across 2.5 cm below the bottom of the armholes, side seam to side seam.
- Body length (HPS)
- From the highest point of the shoulder, beside the collar, straight down to the hem.

- 1/2 waist (relaxed)
- Lay flat, waistband unstretched; measure straight across the top edge.
- 1/2 waist (stretched)
- Same line, with the waistband gently stretched to its full width.
- 1/2 hip
- Lay flat; measure straight across 18 cm below the top of the waistband (12 cm on youth sizes).
- Inseam (standard)
- From the crotch seam down the inside leg to the hem.
- Outseam
- From the top of the waistband down the side to the hem.

About the custom lacrosse standard game uniforms
This custom lacrosse uniform puts a men's game pinnie and a matching short on one order line, one set per player. The pinnie has extra width across the chest and a deep armhole, so it sits over shoulder pads without riding up or dragging at the seams.
Size every player in the pads he will actually wear on game day, not over a T-shirt. A defender in bulky pads and a middie in lighter ones can need different sizes on the same roster. Ask for a size set with the sample and settle that question before production starts.
Both pieces are dye sublimated, so stripes, panels and the crest add nothing to the price. Numbers go front and back in a contrasting color, and every name and number is checked against the code you play under. Tell us which players keep goal, since they need a look of their own.

Can our goalkeepers have a different color in the same order?
Yes. Goalkeepers must stand out from field players, so most teams order goalie sets in an alternate colorway from the same artwork. Flag them on the roster and they are made with the rest.
Can we replace a lost short without buying a whole set?
Yes. Game Shorts (LX-008) are sold on their own, one piece is fine, and your artwork stays on file so the replacement is made to the same design and color references.
