How to measure
- Chest / bust
- Over a thin T-shirt or bare skin, arms relaxed at the sides: pass the tape under both armpits and around the fullest part of the chest and the shoulder blades, level all the way round. Snug, not tight; one finger should slide under. Women: measure the bust the same way, over the sports bra worn to play.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it, looking straight ahead: mark the top of the head with a flat object and measure floor to mark.
- Measure the bust over the sports bra worn to play.
- For a looser fit, size up one; the length grows only 1-1.5 cm per size.
- Top and kilt sizes are chosen separately.
Women's lacrosse kilt (pleated, built-in short)
Pleated kilt on a covered elastic waist with a built-in short, sized by hip: hip ease +6 cm so the pleats lie flat at the seat and open below it; back 2.5 cm longer than front.

- Waist
- Around the natural waist, the narrowest part of the torso a little above the belly button, after a normal breath out. Do not pull in.
- Hip
- Heels together, around the widest part of the hips and seat, tape level.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it, looking straight ahead: mark the top of the head with a flat object and measure floor to mark.
- Size by hip, the fullest part of the seat; the elastic waist adjusts down.
- Tall players can ask for a longer kilt; check your league rules for any length limits.
- Kilt and top sizes are independent.

- Lay flat, waistband unstretched; measure straight across the top edge.
- 1/2 waist (stretched)
- Same line, with the waistband gently stretched to its full width.
- 1/2 hip
- Lay flat; measure straight across 18 cm below the top of the waistband (12 cm on youth sizes).
- Front length
- Center front, from the top of the waistband to the hem.
- Back length
- Center back, from the top of the waistband to the hem.
- Built-in short inseam
- Built-in short: from the crotch seam to the hem of the liner leg.

About the custom women's lacrosse game uniforms
Custom women's lacrosse uniforms need a pattern of their own, because the women's game is played without shoulder pads. This set pairs a fitted racer-back top with a pleated kilt, both cut on a women's pattern rather than a resized men's one.
The two halves are sized on different measurements. Each player gives a chest size for the top and a hip measurement for the kilt, and both go on the roster against her name. A size set with the sample lets a handful of players try the combination before the full team is made.
Everything is dye sublimated, so a plaid kilt, a striped top or a full graphic costs the same as solid colors. Numbers go front and back in a contrasting color. If your goalkeeper needs a different look, list her separately and she gets an alternate colorway.
The women's rules limit manufacturer marks on kilts, so check the current wording in your rulebook. Your private label is included and the design stays yours. Base-Layer Shorts and Skorts (LX-010) can be added from the same artwork, and the kilt is also sold alone as Kilt Skirts (LX-009) for replacements.

Can a player take one size in the top and another in the kilt?
Yes. Put both sizes against her name on the roster. The set is packed together in her bag, but each piece is made in the size she listed.
Is there a youth version for girls' programs?
Yes. Youth sizes are cut from their own pattern rather than shrunk from the adult one, so younger players get the same racer-back and kilt in proportion.
