How to measure
- Waist
- Around the natural waist, the narrowest part of the torso a little above the belly button, after a normal breath out. Do not pull in.
- Hip
- Heels together, around the widest part of the hips and seat, tape level.
- Size by waist; take the larger size if the hip is a size up or a compression short is worn under.
- The leg number is placed for the standard inseam; tell us if a player wants a shorter leg.

How to measure
- 1/2 waist (relaxed)
- Lay flat, waistband unstretched; measure straight across the top edge.
- 1/2 waist (stretched)
- Same line, with the waistband gently stretched to its full width.
- 1/2 hip
- Lay flat; measure straight across 18 cm below the top of the waistband (12 cm on youth sizes).
- Inseam (standard)
- From the crotch seam down the inside leg to the hem.
- Outseam
- From the top of the waistband down the side to the hem.
- 1/2 leg opening
- Lay flat; measure straight across the leg hem.

About the custom lacrosse game shorts
These custom lacrosse game shorts carry side panels in a contrast color and a number on the leg. The leg number lets coaches and officials spot a player side-on, when the jersey number is turned away.
They are cut for the men's game and pair with the Standard Game Jerseys (LX-003) or the sleeveless pinnie (LX-005). The same short comes inside the standard game uniform set (LX-001). Because they sell by the piece, a program can replace a torn pair or outfit a new player without reordering whole sets.
When ordering, give each player's waist size and confirm which leg takes the number. Pick the panel color from your palette; with sublimation it is printed at no extra cost, and you approve it on a free mockup first. Every leg number is checked against the jersey number on the roster.
Youth shorts are cut from their own pattern, not scaled down. Add Base-Layer Shorts underneath, or Training Shorts for practice in the same colors. For scrimmage days, Reversible Pinnies (LX-006) go over the same shorts.

Does the leg number have to match the jersey?
That is your call. Every leg number is checked against the jersey number on the roster before production, so any difference is one you chose.
Can the leg number go on the left or the right?
Either. Tell us which leg on the order and it is placed the same way for the whole team.
