Custom football sideline capes are made to order by Velofit International in Sialkot, Pakistan, and priced to your specification, with no minimum order. A sample is ready 10 days after artwork approval and production takes 2-3 weeks after you approve it. Orders ship free to the United States by tracked express with customs duty paid, usually arriving 4-7 business days after dispatch.

Body measurements
Long hooded cape that goes on over shoulder pads and the game jersey. Sized by shoulder-pad size first, chest second. Ease about +60 cm over the body chest on adult (+50 on youth): pads add roughly 25-35 cm to the chest girth and the cape must still drape and close over them.

How to measure
- Chest / bust
- Over a thin T-shirt or bare skin, arms relaxed at the sides: pass the tape under both armpits and around the fullest part of the chest and the shoulder blades, level all the way round. Snug, not tight; one finger should slide under. Women: measure the bust (fullest part) the same way.
- Shoulder width (pad size)
- Across the upper back from the tip of one shoulder bone to the other, or use the player's football shoulder-pad size: that pad size decides the cape size.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it, looking straight ahead: mark the top of the head with a flat object and measure floor to mark.
- Order the cape in the same size as the player's shoulder pads (e.g. L pads = L cape).
- Linemen in oversized pads: go one size up.
- Length reaches below the knee on an average player of that size; confirm on the sample, since capes are quoted to specification.

How to measure
- 1/2 chest
- Zip or snap it closed, lay flat, measure straight across 2.5 cm below the armholes; double it for the circumference.
- Body length (HPS, back)
- Lay flat face down; from the highest point of the shoulder (where the shoulder seam meets the collar or hood) straight down to the back hem.
Finished measurements of our standard pattern for this cut, within ±3 cm1¼ in. Your sample confirms the fit before the order is made, and we can cut to your own size chart instead.
About the custom football sideline capes
Custom football sideline capes are long hooded capes made to go on over pads, so a player coming off the field can cover up without removing equipment. They are a cold-weather piece for late-season games and the bench on wet nights.
The cape is quoted to specification rather than sold from a published price. Send your colors, logo placement, sizes and quantity through the quote form, and we price the build you describe. Tell us the pads your roster wears, since the cape has to clear the shoulders comfortably. Include any wording or numbers you want on the back.
Decoration is confirmed with the quote. A team mark and a player number on the back help a coach read the bench at a glance. As with any order, a free digital mockup comes before the sample, and a sample can be made before the full run. Pair capes with Wind Jackets for coaches and staff, and with Skull Caps (FB-019) for players under the helmet on cold nights. On practice days the cape goes over Training Jerseys (FB-005) just as easily.
