How to measure
- Chest / bust
- Chest (men's, youth): around the fullest part of the chest and shoulder blades, under the arms, tape level. Bust (women's): around the fullest part of the bust over the sports bra you will wear, tape level across the back. One finger should slide under the tape.
- Waist
- Around the natural waist, the narrowest part of the torso a little above the belly button, after a normal breath out. Do not pull in.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it: mark the top of the head with a flat object and measure floor to mark.
- Choose by chest; sleeve length grades with the size.
- Long-armed players between sizes should size up rather than lose sleeve length.

How to measure
- 1/2 chest
- Lay flat, fronts smooth, and measure straight across 2.5 cm below the armholes (pit to pit). Double it for the circumference.
- 1/2 hem
- Lay flat and measure straight across the bottom edge.
- Body length (HPS)
- From the highest point of the shoulder (where the shoulder seam meets the collar) straight down to the hem, on the front.
- Sleeve (center back)
- Center-back sleeve: from the center back of the collar seam, over the shoulder point and down the top of the sleeve to the cuff edge (works for raglan and set-in sleeves).
Finished measurements of our standard pattern for this cut, within ±1.5 cm½ in. Your sample confirms the fit before the order is made, and we can cut to your own size chart instead.
