Custom lacrosse bucket hats are made to order by Velofit International in Sialkot, Pakistan, and priced to your specification, with no minimum order. A sample is ready 10 days after artwork approval and production takes 2-3 weeks after you approve it. Choose a size from the body measurements. The garment measurements are the finished piece laid flat, so you can compare it with a top or short that already fits.
Body measurements
Soft unstructured bucket hat with an all-round downward brim for sun on long tournament days. Sized by head circumference; the inner band is cut about 1 cm over the upper end of the head band so it sits easily without pressing.

How to measure
- Head circumference
- Soft tape around the head about 1-1.5 cm above the eyebrows and ears, across the widest part at the back. Snug, not tight. Hair as it will be worn.
- US fitted hat size
- US fitted hat size, if the player knows it (head circumference in cm / 8 approx.).
- Between sizes take the larger: an unstructured hat that is too small rides up in wind.
- Youth fits roughly ages 6-12.

How to measure
- Inner band circumference
- Inner circumference at the band seam where the crown meets the brim.
- Crown height
- Crown seam (where it meets the brim) to the top of the crown, at the side.
- Brim width (crown seam to edge)
- From the crown seam straight out to the brim edge, at the side.
Finished measurements of our standard pattern for this cut, within ±1 cm½ in. Your sample confirms the fit before the order is made, and we can cut to your own size chart instead.
