Relaxed fit with +22 cm chest ease (adult; +20 women's and youth) so it layers over a game jersey or tee on the bench and sideline. Performance knit or light fleece, stand collar with a quarter-length zip, straight hemmed waist (no rib).

How to measure
- Chest (bust for women's)
- Over a thin T-shirt (sports bra for women's), arms relaxed: tape under both armpits round the fullest part of the chest or bust and across the shoulder blades, level. Snug, not tight.
- Height
- Barefoot, back against a wall, heels touching it: floor to the top of the head. A guide for length only; chest decides the size.
- Already allows for a jersey or tee underneath; size by chest, not one size up.
- Worn over shoulder pads (football sideline) or a hoodie: go one size up.
- Coaches who want a closer, golf-style fit can order one size down; sleeve length then drops about 2 cm.

How to measure
- 1/2 chest
- Lay flat, zipped or buttoned, and measure straight across 2.5 cm below the armholes (pit to pit). Double it for the circumference.
- Body length (HPS, back)
- From the highest point of the shoulder (where it meets the collar or hood seam) straight down to the finished hem at the back.
- Sleeve (center back)
- From the center back of the neck seam, across the shoulder point and down the sleeve to the cuff edge.
- 1/2 hem
- Hem laid flat, measured straight across at the bottom edge.
- Zip length
- Visible zip length from the collar top to the zip stop.
Finished measurements of our standard pattern for this cut, within ±1.5 cm½ in. Your sample confirms the fit before the order is made, and we can cut to your own size chart instead.
